Ordering

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, Monday – Friday
  • Orders for in-stock items placed before 11 AM PST Monday-Friday will begin processing and often ship same-day
  • Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays

Backorders

If an item is out of stock (backordered), you will be notified via email or phone with the following options:

1. Wait for item to be replenished (balance of order will be shipped at no extra cost).
2. Receive a refund on the backordered item and process the order with the items that are in stock.
3. Cancel your order and receive a full refund, including all shipping and handling charges.

Addresses

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a valid shipping address when placing an order. If the order is shipped back due to an error in the address, the customer will be liable to pay any additional shipping fees. If Free Shipping was provided and the customer doesn’t wish to pay to have the item resent, we will refund your order, minus the shipping cost.All orders will include a tracking number and/or delivery confirmation.
