Severe Heavy Duty U-Joint Service Kit

$2,439.99 USD

The 20160 kit provides the ultimate brute strength to easily remove and install even the most seized u-joints and bearing caps found on Dana/Spicer SPL 350/SFX/X, SPL 250 Lite and Meritor RPL 35 Series drivelines.

These drivelines are extremely robust, and their design requires a finessed process for removal and installation.

The Severe Heavy Duty U-Joint Puller slips over the yoke of the driveline and pulls the u-joint to the maximum allowance, enabling the Bearing Cap Extractor to take over. The 10107 Bearing Cap Extractor attaches to the accessible portion of the bearing cap, and with minimal effort, pulls the bearing cap until fully extracted.

For installation, the Severe Heavy Duty Bearing Cap Installer finishes up the service. This is the only system on the market with the ability to completely remove and install u-joint and bearing caps on SPL 350/SFX/X, SPL 250 Lite and RPL 35 Series drivelines. And like every Tiger Tool product, quality, reliability, and performance are built in.

Can I purchase the 10106 or 10107 on its own?

Due to the complimentary nature of both tools, we do not currently offer them individually.
